Actor Radhika Apte has returned to Mumbai, this time accompanied by her baby girl, marking the infant's inaugural visit to the country. The actress is overjoyed to introduce her daughter to the rich culture of the city, believing she has chosen the perfect moment for this experience.

Radhika Apte's baby girl makes her Mumbai debut

On Tuesday, Radhika took to Instagram to provide a glimpse into her baby's life, expressing that she selected the ideal month to unveil the wonders of Mumbai to her daughter, particularly due to the mango season.

Radhika shared a delightful snapshot from the airport, capturing a moment filled with joy and surprise. Her expression reflects a blend of happiness and astonishment as she carries her baby girl in a shoulder carrier, with the child's tiny nose and lips visible. To maintain some privacy, Radhika playfully obscured her baby's face with a hat and sunglasses emoji in the charming photo.

In her post, Radhika wrote, “Touchdown in the motherland! Mum chose the best month for a Mumbai intro (Sun, mango and red heart emoji) #shocked #mangoseason #hothothot”.

Actor Tisca Chopra commented on the post, saying, “Oh my lord (red heart emoji)”. Another user expressed excitement with a simple “yay”.

Radhika Apte embraces motherhood

In late 2024, Radhika Apte and her husband, Benedict Taylor, celebrated the arrival of their first child, a daughter. The actress shared the joyful news on Instagram in December 2024, posting a picture of herself with her newborn and captioning it, “First work meeting back after birth with our one week old at my breast...”

Last October, Radhika Apte made headlines by showcasing her baby bump while attending the BFI London Film Festival. She was present for the screening of her film, Sister Midnight, during the event.

Radhika has been married to British violinist and composer Benedict Taylor since 2012. The couple prefers to maintain a private life despite their involvement in the entertainment sector. They first met in 2011 while Radhika was in London for her studies, and they tied the knot in 2012, followed by an official ceremony in 2013.
