Actor Rachel Brosnahan recently hit up the 30th Annual Critics Choice Awards and got swarmed with questions about James Gunn’s Superman. While chatting on the red carpet, she nearly spilled some important info when asked about the movie featuring David Corenswet and Nicholas Hoult.

Rachel Brosnahan shares her thoughts on Superman

When E! News caught up with Rachel on the red carpet and asked her about Superman, she flashed a big smile and said, “I can’t share too much, as you might guess. But we did drop the trailer, so there’s a dog, a super guy, and a villain. It was a blast! Totally different from anything I’ve done before, and that’s part of the fun of our job. I almost spilled some beans there, but I held back. Oh my gosh!”

Rachel also joked about not being “media trained” enough for this kind of thing, then quickly added, “I really am not media trained for this! I got to do something totally new. Oh, and you probably saw in the trailer that I got to fly! I hung from the sky at about 60 feet in a hotel in Cleveland. That was super thrilling.” Plus, she humorously told Deadline when asked about the film, “David is really strong... and Nicholas is really bald,” but wouldn’t give away any more details.

Superman is set to feature David as Clark Kent, the superhero navigating his human roots and alien heritage. This film will kick off the new DC Cinematic Universe from James and producer Peter Safran, hitting theaters on July 11 this year. Alongside David, Rachel and Nicholas, the cast also includes Nathan Fillion, Isabela Merced, and Milly Alcock.
