Barun Sobti speaks about Raat Jawaan Hai
In an interview with OTTplay, Barun opened up about the challenges he faced while shooting for Raat Jawaan Hai.
"It was very challenging for me because I had to act with a small baby who is one year old. We had to give away to our fundamentals sometimes and feel really guilty. Because we had to get the shot but the baby was not willing. So, that was a challenge for me," said Sobti.
Barun also Sobti revealed how he was as a child. "I was a tough kid. Tough in the sense that I made it tough on my parents, majorly my mom. I was a little notorious," he admitted.
During the same interview with us, Barun also shared his first thoughts about Raat Jawaan Hai, which is a good mix of friendship and parenthood.
He stated that his first idea was that it's a very novel space to get into because everyone is focusing now on thrillers, serious events, and real-life stories. "So, that's why I wanted to go with the flow, ride this wave, and capitalize on this. And the writing was really good," Barun added.
Meanwhile, written and created by Khyati Anand-Puthran, the show is directed by actor-writer Sumeet Vyas. It is produced by Vicky Vijay. Along with Barun, Anjali, and Priya, the stellar cast of the show also includes Vikram Singh Chauhan, Priyansh Jora, and Hasleen Kaur.
