Priya Bapat is a renowned Indian actress who has worked in films and web shows across the Hindi and Marathi entertainment industries. The actress, best known for her role in Munna Bhai M.B.B.S, is currently gearing up for her new web show's release. Priya will be seen playing the pivotal character of Suman in SonyLIV's Raat Jawaan Hai. During the show's promotions, OTTplay interviewed Priya, who opened up about her equation with her elder sister Shweta Bapat.

Priya Bapat talks about troubling her sister

In conversation with us, Priya Bapat shared the equation she had with her elder sister Shweta in childhood. The actress admitted that she troubled her elder sister a lot. "I troubled my elder sister more than I troubled my parents. I used to do the nastiest things and I used to blame it on her. Main badi bakwaas thi bachpan mein (laughs)," stated Priya.

The actress also recollected that Shweta was her go-to person when she needed someone to take care of her. "But I also know that every time I needed protection and someone to take care of me, I always used to go to my elder sister. She used to protect me. Agar koi jhagad raha hai aur koi mujhse panga le raha hai (If someone would fight or mess with me), so she was the first one to interfere and say 'She is my sister, don't touch her'. I think we had a very Tom and Jerry equation as children," she recalled.
