In the pictures, RJ Mahvash is depicted wearing a white t-shirt paired with black sunglasses, while Yuzvendra is dressed in a black jacket over a coordinating t-shirt. The duo was photographed sitting closely together, fully immersed in the match's excitement. At one moment, Yuzvendra was seen leaning in, whispering something into RJ Mahvash's ear. These images have sparked speculation regarding the nature of their relationship.

Last year, RJ Mahvash addressed the speculation regarding her alleged relationship with Yuzvendra, which ignited following the circulation of a photograph featuring her and the cricketer at a Christmas event. She chose to respond to the rumors via her Instagram account.

In her message, she stated, "There have been various articles and speculations making the rounds online. It is quite amusing to observe how unfounded these rumors are. Does being seen with someone of the opposite sex automatically imply a romantic relationship? Excuse me, what year are we in? And how many individuals are you all supposedly dating?"

"I have exercised patience for the past two to three days, but I refuse to allow any public relations teams to involve my name in this matter to obscure the images of others. People should be allowed to enjoy their time with friends and family in peace, especially during challenging periods," RJ Mahvash further expressed.

About Dhanashree Verma and Yuzvendra Chahal’s divorce

Speculation regarding the divorce of Dhanashree and Yuzvendra emerged after the couple unfollowed each other on Instagram. This action led to widespread conjecture about their relationship status. The pair were married in December 2020 during a private ceremony in Gurugram, having first met during the Covid-19 pandemic when he sought her assistance for lessons.

Recently, Chahal's attorney, Nitin K Gupta, confirmed that divorce proceedings had been initiated. In an official statement to Hindustan Times, he remarked, "Mr. Chahal has reached a settlement for obtaining a Divorce by Mutual Consent with Mrs. Verma. A Petition for Divorce by mutual consent has been submitted to the Hon’ble Family Court, Bandra. The case is currently under judicial consideration."

Additionally, there were allegations that Dhanashree was pursuing ₹60 crore in alimony. However, her family released a statement to the media, refuting these claims. The statement asserted, "We are profoundly disturbed by the unfounded allegations regarding the alimony amount. To be unequivocal—no such figure has ever been requested, demanded, or even proposed. These rumours are entirely false. It is highly irresponsible to disseminate such unverified information, involving not only the individuals concerned but also their families in unwarranted speculation. Such reckless journalism is damaging, and we implore the media to practice restraint, verify facts before disseminating misinformation, and respect the privacy of all parties involved."
