Teddi Mellencamp recently opened up about a somber discussion with her father as she faces her battle with stage 4 cancer. In the latest episode of her podcast, Two Ts in a Pod, the former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star shared that her father is making arrangements for her burial in their family mausoleum located in Indiana.

Teddi shared that her father, John Mellencamp, called her 11 times consecutively yesterday, leading to a surprising conversation. “Eventually, I picked up and said, 'I'm in the bath. Can I have a moment to myself?' He responded, 'I just want to confirm that you’ll be included in our family mausoleum,'” she recounted to co-host Tamra Judge.

The 43-year-old then mentioned that she asked whether there would be space for her three children—Slate, 12, Cruz, 10, and Dove, 5, whom she has with her ex-husband Edwin Arroyave. “He replied, 'There will be the top five, and then we’ll have smaller areas around it for everyone else to be buried,’” Teddi clarified.

“He said, ‘Since you’re working on your will, you might as well include that,’” she continued, referring to John. Teddi ultimately consented and informed the Judge that she would need to visit her grave in Indiana. The reality star humorously expressed her desire to have “hot girls never die” inscribed on her tombstone.

“Someone shared a quote with me recently that made me laugh until I cried,” Teddi recalled. “A person I hardly know said, ‘Oh, I’ve heard about what happened,’ and then added, ‘You want to know the good news? Hot girls never die.’”
