Actor Priyanka Chopra's brother, Siddharth Chopra, is set to wed Neelam Upadhaya in Mumbai on Friday. Priyanka and her husband, Nick Jonas, are fully engaged in the celebrations, taking part in traditional lakdewale responsibilities, which include escorting her brother down the aisle and enjoying the festivities at the baraat.

In a video shared by a paparazzi account, Priyanka is depicted fulfilling her role as an exemplary sister-in-law by assisting Neelam during the wedding ceremony. The footage captures Siddharth glancing at his bride from behind a veil as she gracefully approaches the aisle.

Subsequently, Priyanka is observed adjusting her lehenga, aiding her with the dupatta, and performing the nazar (evil eye) ritual. She further supports the bride by holding her hand as they ascend the stairs to the mandap. Guests at the wedding are seen applauding and cheering, capturing the moment as Priyanka embraces Neelam Upadhaya in a touching display of affection.

Another video posted by the paparazzi shows Priyanka and Nick dancing together to her hit song Desi Girl from the 2008 film Dostana. Nick opted for a cream bandhgala for the wedding while Priyanka opted for a baby blue lehenga with her hair tied up. She is also seen teaching the moves to the other wedding guests.

Siddharth’s wedding

Priyanka and her daughter, Malti Marie, travelled to India last month to attend a wedding, while her husband, Nick Jonas, arrived in the country on Thursday. Following the haldi and mehendi ceremonies, Nick joined Priyanka and Malti for the sangeet celebration. His parents, Denise Jonas and Kevin Jonas Sr., along with her cousin Mannara Chopra, were also present at the events. Although Parineeti Chopra and Raghav Chadha missed the pre-wedding festivities, they are expected to attend the wedding this evening. They were seen making their way to the venue, with Parineeti adorned in a red and white lehenga.
