Priyanka Chopra on Don: "It Marked My Entry into Action Cinema"
In a recent media engagement, Priyanka Chopra discussed the preparation she undertook for the action scenes in Don. The actress remarked, "I enrolled in Tai Chi classes and dedicated significant effort to master it, as I aimed to execute it flawlessly. Considerable training was involved in the action sequences of Don, and I experienced a taste of the intensity. I must admit, I appear quite formidable with a weapon in hand while defending my country."
The actress disclosed several significant insights she gained during the filming process. Priyanka underscored the importance of prioritizing her craft over her relationships with the director or fellow actors.
"By the time I joined the cast of Don, I had come to understand that the primary focus should be on my craft, rather than on my interactions with the director or co-stars, or my conduct on set. It is what occurs between 'action' and 'cut' that truly matters," Chopra stated.
