Actor Priyanka Chopra has been engaged in the filming of her upcoming project under the direction of SS Rajamouli. On Wednesday, she utilized her Instagram account to post several glimpses from the set, detailing her recent experiences in Odisha. Notably, a brief incident during her journey to the Vishakhapatnam airport profoundly inspired her, prompting her to share this moment with her fans and followers.

What Priyanka said

In the video, Priyanka addressed the camera, stating, “I don’t usually do this, but today I felt particularly inspired. While driving to Vishakhapatnam airport en route to Mumbai and then New York, I noticed a woman selling guavas, which I particularly enjoy, especially the unripe ones. I decided to stop and asked her the price for all her guavas. She replied that it was ₹150. I handed her a ₹200 note, and as she attempted to return the change, I insisted, ‘No, please keep it.’ It was clear that she relied on selling guavas for her livelihood. After a brief moment, just before the traffic light turned green, she returned to me with two additional guavas! This hardworking woman did not seek charity, and her actions truly touched me.”

The additional images from the carousel she shared depicted her preparing for a photo shoot, relaxing with several crew members on set, and enjoying an ice cream. Her caption was succinct, stating, “Lately. ❤️”

Priyanka's next with SS Rajamouli

Recently, Priyanka extended her Holi greetings to her fans and shared images with her film crew on the set of her forthcoming project. In her post, she wrote, "It's a working Holi for us. Here's wishing everyone celebrating a very Happy Holi filled with joy and togetherness with your loved ones."

While Priyanka has yet to officially confirm her involvement in the Rajamouli film, fans speculate that an announcement may be forthcoming. Earlier this year, she hinted at the start of a "new chapter" by posting new photos from her visit to the Chilkur Balaji Temple in Telangana. The film, which also features Mahesh Babu, is expected to be an action-adventure reminiscent of Indiana Jones.

The actress has recently wrapped up filming for the second season of Citadel. Her most recent Indian film, The Sky Is Pink, was released in 2019.
