Priyanka Chopra has made her return to India, generating considerable enthusiasm among her fans. This excitement has been further fueled by her mother, Madhu Chopra, who recently verified her participation in SS Rajamouli’s highly awaited film, SSMB 29. The actress was seen at the airport in Odisha, where she is believed to have arrived to continue filming for the project.

Upon her arrival in Odisha, Priyanka was photographed alongside the airline crew. She opted for a casual yet fashionable appearance, donning grey denim jeans, a black tank top, and a leather jacket. Her outfit was complemented by a black cap and boots. Before her trip to Odisha, Priyanka had been in Hyderabad for a film shoot but made a brief detour to Mumbai to participate in the wedding celebrations of her brother, Siddharth Chopra. On February 19, she was spotted returning home with her daughter, Malti Marie.

Recent reports indicate that SS Rajamouli and his team have relocated to Odisha to commence the next phase of filming for SSMB 29. A few days prior, unauthorized images from the set emerged on social media platforms. This current shooting schedule is anticipated to include performances by Mahesh Babu, Prithviraj Sukumaran, and Priyanka.

The filming of the movie began in January of this year with a pooja ceremony held in Hyderabad. Nevertheless, the production team has chosen to keep Mahesh Babu’s appearance a secret, not releasing any official images. SSMB 29 is being described as an adventure thriller, often likened to the Indiana Jones series. Although the complete cast and the film's title have not yet been officially revealed, anticipation is building among fans for what is projected to be a significant undertaking, with a reported budget of ₹1000 crore.

In response to inquiries regarding Priyanka's participation in SSMB 29, Madhu Chopra subtly affirmed the information during an interview with Lehren Retro, stating, "Vahin shooting pe hain voh" (She is shooting the film). She also confirmed when the interviewer noted that Priyanka was in Hyderabad for the filming. This project will signify Priyanka’s long-awaited return to Indian cinema, creating considerable excitement among her fans.
