Priyanka Chopra recently reflected on her early thoughts regarding her relationship with singer Nick Jonas during an interview with Harper's Bazaar. She expressed her desire to be with someone who shared her aspirations for a family and outlined her own set of essential qualities for a partner.

In her own words, Priyanka stated, "The first quality I sought was honesty, as I had experienced pain in past relationships due to dishonesty. The second was a genuine appreciation for family values. Thirdly, I wanted someone who took his career as seriously as I take mine. Fourth, I desired a partner who was creative and possessed the imagination to dream big alongside me. Lastly, I sought someone with ambition and drive, akin to my own."

She further emphasized, "I would not have married him if he did not embody these qualities. It is crucial to find someone who respects you. Respect differs from love and affection... One must kiss many frogs before discovering their prince."

In additional context, Priyanka and Nick were married in a Christian and Hindu ceremony at the Umaid Bhawan Palace in Jodhpur on December 1 and 2, 2018. In January 2022, they announced the arrival of their daughter, Malti Marie, through surrogacy.

Currently, Priyanka is in India to participate in her brother Siddharth Chopra's wedding festivities. Recently, she shared a collection of images and videos from her visit to the Chilkur Balaji Temple in Telangana on Instagram. Although no official confirmation has been made, she is rumoured to be cast in SS Rajamouli's upcoming film alongside Mahesh Babu.
