Actor Priyanka Chopra paused her filming schedule to attend the wedding celebrations of her brother, Siddharth Chopra, in India. Her husband, singer Nick Jonas, arrived in Mumbai on Thursday to accompany her and their daughter, Malti Marie. The couple was seen beaming as they posed for photographs with the newlyweds.

A video shared by a paparazzi on Instagram features Priyanka Chopra, who appears breathtaking in a blue and silver lehenga, complemented by diamond jewellery and a delicate dupatta. Nick chose a coordinating bandh gala and expressed his gratitude to the paparazzi in attendance. Siddharth and his fiancée Neelam Upadhyaya later joined the couple for several photographs, radiating joy at their gathering.

A day before the sangeet, Priyanka and Malti participated in the mehendi celebrations, during which the actress shared images and videos on her Instagram account. Charming photos depicted Malti showcasing her elegant mehendi design while enjoying moments with her uncle Siddharth. Priyanka's in-laws, Denise Jonas and Kevin Jonas Sr. were also in attendance at the pre-wedding events, along with her cousin Mannara Chopra.

Priyanka's younger brother Siddharth is set to wed Neelam in Mumbai this Friday. Last month, Priyanka travelled to India with her daughter Malti, initially heading to Hyderabad for work before making her way to Mumbai on Sunday. Additionally, Priyanka shared images from the Haldi ceremony on her social media platforms.

Priyanka is speculated to be cast alongside Mahesh Babu in SS Rajamouli's upcoming project, SSMB 29, although no official confirmation has been provided as of yet. The actress has alluded to this possibility on her social media platforms during her recent trip to India. In addition to this project, she is set to appear in Heads of State and The Bluff. Her most recent performance was in the 2023 romantic drama Love Again. Furthermore, Priyanka produced the short film Anuja, which received an Oscar nomination.
