Actor Preity Zinta has posted a nostalgic photograph as she expresses her longing for her children, Gia and Jai. Currently, Preity is in India for the ongoing IPL, while her children remain in the United States.

On Friday, Preity shared a nostalgic photo on Instagram that included herself, her son Jai, and her daughter Gia. The young children affectionately kissed her on the cheek while she smiled and embraced them. Preity enhanced the image by adding heart emojis over her children's faces. In the picture, she was dressed in a black and saffron ensemble.

Sharing the picture, Preity captioned it, "Home is where the heart is & right now, I’m definitely missing home! Counting the days before I see them (Red heart and heart eyes emojis) #Ting!" She geo-tagged the location as My Happy Place.

In response to the post, one fan expressed, "Awwww. I hope you reunite with them soon; they must be missing you even more!" Another comment stated, "Aww, this is incredibly adorable! I can truly sense the affection! Those little hugs are eagerly awaiting your return; I look forward to your joyful reunion!"

About Preity's family, new film

Preity is a co-owner of the Punjab Kings, a team competing in the IPL. She married Gene Goodenough in 2016, and on November 11, 2021, they welcomed twins through surrogacy: a son named Jai and a daughter named Gia.

Preity is poised to make her return to Bollywood with the film Lahore 1947, directed by Rajkumar Santoshi. This project is significant for her as it marks her re-entry into the film industry after a break. The cast also includes Sunny Deol, Shabana Azmi, Ali Fazal, and Karan Deol.

Her most recent appearance was alongside Sunny Deol in the 2018 film Bhaiaji Superhit. Additionally, she had a brief role in an episode of the ABC series Fresh Off The Boat.
