On Monday, the actor treated her followers to a fun photo collection on Instagram, showcasing the vibrant spirit of the festive season. Preity gave everyone a glimpse of her Holi festivities by posting a bunch of joyful and spontaneous moments online. She included sweet pictures with her twins, Gia and Jai, along with her husband, Gene, and some close friends.
In her post, she captioned, “This year’s Holi was extra special because we celebrated with the kids... Here’s a little sneak peek! #Happyholi #weekend #holi2025.”
As fans flooded social media with love for Preity's Holi pictures, one follower raised a question about why she chose to keep her twins, Jai and Gia, out of the spotlight. Preity clarified that while she’s in the public eye, her kids aren’t part of the entertainment scene.
“I’m in the entertainment business, not my kids, so I want them to have a normal upbringing and enjoy their childhood until I can manage it. After that, it’s up to God,” she explained.
Her response received a lot of backing from her fans. One person commented, “great choice, ma’am,” while another added, “absolutely, let them have their childhood.”
Preity Zinta's upcoming Bollywood film
Preity is set to return to the Hindi film scene with Rajkumar Santoshi's new project, Lahore 1947. This film marks her first appearance on screen after taking a break. Produced by Aamir Khan Productions, the movie also features Sunny Deol, Shabana Azmi, Ali Fazal, and Karan Deol.
She finished filming her comeback movie in June of last year. Sharing some behind-the-scenes moments from the production, she expressed her gratitude, saying, “It’s a wrap on Lahore 1947, and I’m so thankful to the entire cast and crew for such an amazing experience 🙏❤️. I really hope you all enjoy this film as much as we enjoyed making it. It’s definitely been the most challenging film I’ve worked on.”
