Bollywood star Prateik Babbar just tied the knot with his sweetheart Priya Banerjee! They exchanged vows on Valentine's Day (February 14) in a cozy ceremony. The wedding happened at Prateik's mom Smita Patil's home in Bandra. Just a few days after the big day, Priya posted some never-before-seen photos from their wedding. The intimate celebration was attended by actress Pooja Hegde, comedian Vir Das, and a bunch of other friends.

Priya shared some photos on Instagram with the caption: "Surrounded by love priyaKAprateik (sic)." Prior to her, Prateik was married to Sanya Sagar, but their marriage was short-lived, ending in divorce in 2023. 

Priya Banerjee talks about Raj Babbar not being around

In a chat with an online media, Priya Banerjee addressed the buzz about Raj Babbar (Prateik's dad) not being at the wedding festivities. She stated, "There wasn't a single family member missing from the wedding or our celebrations. I have no idea why people are saying that 'family members' weren't there. Our families were present, including my parents, his aunts who brought him up, his grandparents, and everyone who truly matters was with us."

Prateik's half-brother, Arya Babbar, mentioned that the Babbars didn't get an invite to the actor's wedding. Still, Prateik hasn't explained why his dad, Raj, wasn't included in the celebration. On the work side of things, Prateik is set to appear in AR Murugadoss' upcoming film, Sikandar, which features Salman Khan as the lead. The movie is scheduled to release in theaters on Eid 2025.
