Actor and filmmaker Pradeep Ranganathan has achieved consecutive successes with his films Love Today and the newly released Dragon. Both movies have reached the milestone of 100-crore blockbusters, with Dragon currently still showing in theaters. Pradeep, who is focused primarily on his acting career at this time, is set to appear next in LIK – Love Insurance Kompany, directed by Vignesh Shivan.

LIK plot revealed?

LIK is an upcoming Tamil film starring Pradeep Ranganathan in the lead role. The film is written and directed by filmmaker Vignesh Shivan. As per the latest social media posts, the plot of the film is a futuristic romantic drama which revolves around father and son falling in love with the same girl. Vignesh, who is known for his whacky ideas, has also written the film. Now, the plot has the danger to run into controversial lines, but given the film has powerhouse of talents like Pradeep alongside SJ Suryah, one has to wait and watch how LIK would turn out to be.

LIK also features Krithi Shetty as the female lead, and Gouri Kishan playing an important role. The music for the film is scored by Anirudh Ravichander. The upcoming film is produced by Vignesh Shivan and Seven Screen Studio. Vignesh Shivan’s wife and actor Nayanthara, has been credited as the producer of the film. It is shot by cinematographer Sathyan Sooryan and the edits are handled by Pradeep E Raghav.

Dragon OTT release

Pradeep Ranganathan's film Dragon is presently showing in theaters. This production, which is both written and directed by Ashwath Marimuthu, has successfully crossed the 100-crore milestone. Netflix has acquired the post-theatrical streaming rights, although the release date for its OTT debut has not yet been disclosed.

In a different development, Krithi Shetty's Telugu movie Manamey is now streaming on Prime Video. This romantic drama features Sharwanand in the leading role, portraying a charismatic young man who unexpectedly finds himself responsible for his friend's son, alongside Krithi Shetty.
