After getting out of Bigg Boss OTT 3, Payal faced a lot of backlash on behalf of the whole family. It got to a saturation point, where Payal took a decision to divorce Armaan Malik and announced it on video. The couple is yet to clarify what is their stance on the same, and whether Payal will divorce Armaan, or that they have sorted everything out and she wants to continue being in a polygamous relationship with her husband Armaan Malik and best friend Kritika Malik.

While Armaan clearly is at the grand finale to root for Kritika, there's no clarity so far on whether Payal is on the show for her best friend or some other contestant.
