Hari Hara Veera Mallu is a much-anticipated period drama featuring Pawan Kalyan, which has been under development for the past three years. Recently, producer AM Rathnam informed fans that the film is set to be released in theaters on March 28, 2025. However, new reports indicate that the release has been postponed once more.

A source affiliated with the production has verified that the first installment, Hari Hara Veera Mallu: Part 1 – Sword vs Spirit, has been delayed, with an official announcement anticipated shortly. The postponement is mainly attributed to two weeks of shooting that are still outstanding, as Pawan Kalyan has not provided new dates due to his political obligations.

In a prior interview, Pawan Kalyan disclosed that he had dedicated a significant number of dates for the filming, yet the production team was unable to make effective use of this time because the set work was not completed. Furthermore, Bobby Deol, who portrays the primary antagonist in the film, encountered scheduling conflicts, which further exacerbated the delays.

The extended delays resulted in director Krish withdrawing from the project, subsequently leading to producer AM Rathnam’s son, Jyoti Krishna, assuming responsibility for its completion. Fans have expressed mounting frustration over the continuous postponements, and even those within the industry suggest that Pawan Kalyan ought to pause his political endeavors to finalize his outstanding projects.

The postponements have led to considerable financial setbacks, as the film's sets have remained unused for an extended period. Featuring music by MM Keeravani and starring Priyanka Arul Mohan and Niddhi Aggerwal in the leading female roles, it is yet to be determined when Hari Hara Veera Mallu will ultimately premiere.
