In a revelation that has astonished everyone, actor Paresh Rawal recently disclosed his unusual recovery method -- consuming his own urine. The actor stated that drinking his urine aided him in recovering from a knee injury. Many are still in shock from the ‘health hack’, with a number of people taking to social media to share their astonishment.

Paresh Rawal reveals he consumed his urine

During a discussion with The Lallantop, Paresh remembered being hospitalized at Nanavati Max Super Speciality Hospital in Mumbai after an injury.

Reflecting on the experience, Paresh noted, “Veeru Devgan visited me when I was in Nanavati (hospital). When he learned I was there, he approached me and inquired about what happened to me. I described my leg injury. . . . He advised me to drink my own urine first thing in the morning. He mentioned that all fighters do this, stating that ‘You will never encounter any problem, just drink urine first thing in the morning’. He informed me to avoid alcohol, which I had already ceased, mutton or tobacco. He recommended eating regular food and urine in the morning. ”

At that point, Paresh made the choice to heed his advice. He remarked, “I had resolved that if I needed to consume my own urine, I wouldn't do it all at once; I’d take sips like it was beer. Because I wanted to approach it correctly. I did this for 15 days. After 15 days, when the doctor reviewed my X-ray, he was astonished. The doctor inquired of me, ‘How did this cementing occur? ’ He could observe a white line developing. I was expected to be released in 2-2. 5 months, but I was released in 1. 5 months. It felt like magic. "

Paresh Rawal's claim shocks fans

Social media users are abuzz with surprise and doubt regarding Paresh's assertion of drinking his own urine. “Waste management by Paresh Rawal,” one social media user humorously suggested.
