Parambrata Chatterjee at Nikosh Chhaya trailer launch: We’ve delved deeper into the realm of the supernatural

Last year, during Bhoot Chaturdashi, Parambrata Chatterjee’s Parnashavarir Shaap gained positive reviews from critics and viewers alike. Billed as a supernatural thriller, the show features veteran actor Chiranjeet Chakrabarti as the enigmatic occult master, Bhaduri Moshai. Besides the actor, the show also has Surangana Bandyopadhyay, Gaurav Chakrabarty, Arna Mukhopadhyay, and Anindita Bose. Soon after the release, the second season of the show was renewed. On October 21, the trailer of the second season, Nikosh Chhaya, was dropped. The event took place at Basu Bati.
Chiranjeet Chakrabarti reprises his role as Bhaduri Moshai, a master of the occult who is drawn into a horrifying mystery after a gruesome discovery in a quiet town. As the plot unfolds, audiences will be enthralled by Bhaduri Moshai’s battle against the terrifying Bhanu, an Aghori Tantrik with evil powers, setting the stage for an epic clash between light and darkness.
Earlier, OTTplay reported that Kanchan Mallick and Anujoy Chattopadhyay will also play key characters in the show. While the trailer does not show Kanchan, it clearly uses his voice as the Tantrik. Anujoy features in the trailer.
