The day before the ceremony, Emma Stone was seen in a relaxed outfit consisting of a brown shirt jacket, a white T-shirt, and jeans. During the Oscars on Saturday, she humorously pretended to walk to the microphone in high heels, only to stumble over her lines, providing a light-hearted moment for the busy production crew nearby.

“Oh God,” she remarked. “This is going to go great.”

Eventually, Stone successfully delivered her lines and embraced the stand-in portraying the winner of her category before presenting her with the award. During the Oscars rehearsals, the golden statuettes are authentic, but the winners are designated as “for this rehearsal only,” featuring a cast of working actors representing a diverse array of nominees, from short film directors to best actress contenders. Brown, Ana de Armas, Goldie Hawn, and Miles Teller, all of whom gathered in Hollywood to rehearse their lines, navigate in their show footwear, and locate their positions.

This awards season, marked by the challenges of wildfires in Los Angeles and a controversy surrounding a racist tweet, is culminating in the 97th Academy Awards ceremony. Hosted by Conan O'Brien, the event is set to commence at 4:00 PM (0000 GMT Monday).
