Actor Ram Kapoor has wowed everyone with his amazing physical transformation. His incredible weight loss of 55 kg has motivated many to focus on their fitness. While a lot of folks praised Ram for his commitment to getting fit, there were also some who criticized him for allegedly using Ozempic to shed pounds quickly. After receiving numerous inquiries about his change, Ram took to social media to set the record straight.

Ram Kapoor talks about his journey to lose weight

Ram Kapoor hopped on his official Instagram to post a video showing off his muscles. He shot down rumors about using Ozempic for his weight loss. The actor, known for his roles in TV, OTT, and movies, also denied any talk of having weight loss surgery.

In the video, Ram shared, "I don’t have the perfect body. The truth is, achieving this kind of transformation takes a ton of effort and countless hours... no shortcuts, no surgery, no Ozempic. That just helps with weight loss, not this kind of change. You know? In about four to six months, I’m aiming for a solid six-pack with defined blocks. It’s all about putting in the work. Got it? And for those who have used Ozempic or had surgery, that’s cool! Good for you."

Kapoor noted that a lot of people reached out to him asking if he used drugs, Ozempic, or had surgery for his transformation. He shared the video to show that he didn’t take any 'shortcuts' in his weight loss journey.

Ram Kapoor is back on social media

In December 2024, Ram Kapoor returned to social media with a bang. He shared a couple of mirror selfies on Instagram that left everyone amazed by his fresh look. In his post, he wrote: "Hey everyone, sorry for being MIA on Insta for a bit. I’ve been focusing on myself a lot (sic)."

On the professional side, Ram is widely recognized for his roles in shows like Bade Achhe Lagte Hain and Kasamh Se. He’s also been part of various projects such as Jubilee, Khalbali Records, A Suitable Boy, Masaba Masaba, and plenty more.
