In a recent interview with Hindustan Times, Neha Sargam disclosed that her character began to attract attention during the second season, but she found the third installment to be even more favorable for her. While she expresses gratitude for her role in Mirzapur 3, the actress believes that audiences have not fully recognized her extensive career, which spans 13 years.

Individuals frequently fail to acknowledge that I have dedicated 13 years to my career. Many viewers of Mirzapur may have encountered my previous performances and thought, 'This girl seems familiar.' I do not wish to diminish that aspect of my journey; I have put in considerable effort for each role I have portrayed, Neha stated.

The actress further expressed that Mirzapur 3 represents a 'well-deserved reward' for the years of hard work she has invested. She noted that audiences are now recognizing her for her past contributions as well. Currently, she is engaged in a theatrical production, Mughal-e-Azam The Musical, directed by Feroz Abbas Khan.

Mirzapur to be made into a film

In October 2024, Amazon Prime Video revealed plans to adapt the web series franchise Mirzapur into a feature film. Titled Mirzapur The Film, the project will star Pankaj Tripathi, Divyenndu, and Ali Fazal. An announcement video was released on YouTube, which included the message, "Prime Video Announces Mirzapur The Film Directed by: Gurmmeet Singh (sic)."
