It was earlier reported that the wedding ceremony of actor Nayanthara and director Vignesh Shivan will be released as a documentary on Netflix. The wedding took place in Mahabalipuram, Chennai, in 2022, and it was soon announced that the wedding would be taped and will premiere on Netflix.

It has been titled Nayanthara: Beyond the Fairy Tale. However, two years have passed and a release date has not yet been set. However, as per the latest buzz, looks like Netflix is preparing to release the wedding documentary soon, probably by this year.

Nayanthara and Vignesh Shivan got married in 2022, after being in love for some years. The couple first met on the sets of Naanum Rowdy Dhaan directed by Vignesh Shivan. Nayanthara and Vijay Sethupathi played the lead roles. Following some years of dating, Vignesh Shivan and Nayanthara got married. The couple is blessed with two sons, Ulag and Uyir.

It was reported that the wedding of the star couple was shot in form of a documentary, which will be streaming on Netflix. Acclaimed directed Gauthan Vasudev Menon directed it. However, Netflix is yet to release the documentary which is titled Nayanthara: Beyond the Fairy Tale.

As per the latest buzz, looks like Netflix is gearing up for the release of Nayanthara: Beyond the Fairy Tale. While a release date is yet to be announced, the official page on Netflix says that the documentary has a runtime of 81 minutes. Some reports claim that the documentary is looking for a 2024 release.

Nayanthara’s line-up

Nayanthara, who has a glorious career in the South, made her Hindi debut with Shah Rukh Khan-starrer Jawaan. The actor was last seen in Annapoorani: The Goddess of Food. The actor has several projects lined up, including Test, co-starring Siddharth and Madhavan, Mannangatti Since 1960, Mookuthi Amman 2, and Thani Oruvan sequel. She also has Dear Students in Malayalam alongside actor Nivin Pauly.
