Natural Star Nani, who reprises the role of the intense and astute Arjun Sarkaar in HIT: The Third Case, is filled with confidence after receiving an overwhelmingly positive reaction to the film’s trailer. The actor recently engaged with the media in Mumbai, expressing his insights on the project and detailing what differentiates this third installment from its previous ones.

Reflecting on his initial apprehension, Nani confessed that he felt somewhat anxious before the trailer was released. “Finding love and appreciation for the trailer is the first half of the challenge, so that’s been achieved, and it was a significant challenge. The trailer is receiving appreciation and going viral, so we have succeeded in the first half with flying colors,” he stated. “We were a bit anxious about the first half, the trailer reaction. Now that’s accomplished, we are eager for the movie's release. ”

Discussing how HIT 3 elevates the franchise, Nani characterized the film as a substantial progression from the earlier entries. “HIT 3 is completely different from the prior installments. HIT 1 and HIT 2 focused on single-point investigations—there was a murder, and ultimately, we discover the culprit. Now HIT 3 shifts the focus from who to how,” he clarified. “It is an action thriller, it provides an extreme theatrical experience, with a new grammar, presentation, and scope—everything is fresh and distinct. ”

Written and directed by Sailesh Kolanu, HIT: The Third Case is the latest installment in the HIT Universe, produced by Prashanti Tipirneni and Nani himself under the banners of Wall Poster Cinema and Unanimous Productions. The film features Nani and Srinidhi Shetty in lead roles, supported by a robust cast that includes Adil Pala, Rao Ramesh, Brahmaji, and Maganti Srinath. With music composed by Mickey J. Meyer, cinematography by Sanu John Varghese, and editing by Karthika Srinivas, the film is set for a worldwide release on May 1, 2025.
