Singer Nick Jonas discussed his three-year-old daughter, Malti Marie Chopra Jonas, and her understanding of the "magnitude of the Jonas Brothers." During an interview with ET at JonasCon, Nick revealed that Malti affectionately refers to his band as the “Donut Brothers” instead of the Jonas Brothers.

He also mentioned that she calls his brother Joe Jonas 'Go.' When asked how Malti perceives the group's fame, Nick responded, "My daughter is quite aware. I played her our new single recently, and when she saw the cover art, she exclaimed, 'Oh, that's Uncle Kevin and Uncle Go.' I explained, 'Yes, we are in a band called the Jonas Brothers.' To which she replied, 'The Donut Brothers.'"

Nick mentions Malti's desire to play Moana and Maui with him

In a conversation with People, Nick expressed that while he may feel like his "coolest self," Malti prefers to engage in playtime as "Moana and Maui." He stated, “The most rewarding aspect of being a dad, especially while juggling work—though this hardly feels like work—is that I can feel on top of the world, yet she remains indifferent. She just wants to play Moana and Maui with me, and that time together is invaluable. Being just 'dad' at home holds great significance for me.”

About Nick's family

Recently, Nick shared a glimpse of his time with Malti on Instagram, showcasing a moment where he donned hair bows and a flower clip. He captioned the image, "Girl dad life."

Nick married actress Priyanka Chopra in 2018, celebrating with a traditional Christian wedding followed by a Hindu ceremony. They welcomed Malti via surrogacy in January 2022.
