And now, she is onto her next project, which is yet to be titled. Interestingly, the actress' upcoming film marks her reunion with Bollywood's perfectionist Aamir Khan. Mona Singh's new film to have a Delhi Belly vibe?
According to a Mid-Day report, Mona Singh's upcoming film is slated to release during Diwali 2024. The actress recently completed the film's shoot. A source revealed that Mona has a wonderful relationship with team Aamir Khan Productions and is excited to work with them for the third time.
The report further suggests Mona's movie, backed by Aamir, will be a comedy adventure. "The comedy adventure will take the audience back to Delhi Belly (2011) days," a source told the tabloid. The buzz is that Singh will essay the character of a gangster in the movie. The actress will be seen as a gangster in her upcoming web series, Paan Parda Zarda, as well.

Mona's last theatrical release with Aamir was Laal Singh Chaddha, directed by filmmaker Advait Chandan. The 2022 film was an Indian adaptation of the Hollywood film Forrest Gump, starring Tom Hanks in the lead role. Singh was seen as Aamir's mother in the film, also starring Kareena Kapoor Khan in the lead role. Unfortunately, Laal Singh Chaddha didn't work wonders at the box office.
