At a family dinner, b-town's prettiest mom-to-be Deepika Padukone was recently spotted with badminton player Lakshya Sen. The actress, who will be welcoming her first child with husband Ranveer Singh, was all smiles as she was papped with the Olympic star. Deepika was returning from a dinner with Ranveer’s family when she was captured in a conversation.

Recently, Deepika was spotted with the latter’s family after a family dinner at a restaurant.   

Deepika was captured with her in-laws after enjoying family time with her loved ones on Tuesday night. Several videos from the lovely dinner date have gone viral. One of the major highlights is Deepika’s bond with badminton star Lakshya Sen.

Deepika Padukone meets India’s promising sports star

The Om Shanti Om actress was papped meeting badminton player Lakshya Sen. Their exchange is now going viral on the internet.  

In the video shared on several fan pages, badminton player Lakshya Sen is seen striking a conversation with Deepika Padukone before she leaves in her car. The duo shares a warm hug before exiting. Lakhya is also seen talking to Ranveer Singh’s family. Deepika Padukone exuded sheer radiance as she was glowing in a black dress with a matching oversized blazer. She completed her look with open hair and a black bag.   

For the unversed, Lakshya Sen made headlines with his stunning performance at the Olympic Games as he represented India at the Paris Olympics men’s singles badminton event. The 22-year-old star missed out on a bronze medal after a near miss in the semi-finals match but etched history in India as the underdog who reached the semi-finals in the men’s category.   

Meanwhile, Deepika and Ranveer announced their pregnancy in February in a cute joint Instagram post. The 38-year-old actress is currently in the final trimester of her pregnancy, and the couple will be welcoming their first child in September.
