The alleged conflict among the members of the Manchu family has recently escalated. Both parties have now lodged police complaints against one another, alleging assault. On Monday, Glute shared a copy of the police complaint on their X account, revealing that Mohan Babu has accused his son, Manchu Manoj, and daughter-in-law, Monika, of assault and has requested protection.

The post included the document of a police complaint filed by the veteran actor on December 9, which was a Monday. In the complaint, he sought 'protection' for his life and referred to his son and daughter-in-law as 'anti-social' individuals.

The document stated, “On December 8, 2024, my younger son Mr. Manoj, who had previously abandoned my home and returned only four months ago, created a disturbance at my residence with the assistance of anti-social individuals he had hired. He then departed the premises with his wife, Mrs Monika, leaving their 7-month-old daughter in the care of a housemaid and nanny that he employed.”

The account proceeded to elaborate on the events of the subsequent morning. "While I was at my office in Madhapur at 10:30 AM, one of my employees alerted me that approximately 30 individuals, purporting to be associates of my son Mr Manoj, unlawfully entered my residence. They menaced my staff with severe repercussions, forcibly removed them from the premises, and asserted that no one could access the house without their consent."

The complaint concluded with a statement indicating, "These individuals are instilling fear and posing a threat to the lives of those present in my home, including myself."

In a related development, as reported by News Meter, Manchu lodged a complaint with the Pahadi Shareef Police on Monday regarding an assault he suffered at the hands of unidentified assailants the previous day. He claimed that approximately 10 unknown assailants attacked him, posing a threat to his life. The complaint was accompanied by a medical report detailing blunt-force injuries to his spine, neck, abdomen, and left calf. The police noted that there was no reference to his family members in the complaint submitted by Manoj.

Mohan's heirs, Vishnu and Manoj, have been rumoured to be in conflict for an extended period. Speculation has arisen regarding disagreements over Manoj's marriage, which Vishnu did not attend. Additionally, Manoj shared a video in 2023 depicting Vishnu assaulting Manoj's relatives.
