Megan Fox is said to have splurged on an $8 million house just before her split with Machine Gun Kelly. According to sources that spoke to TMZ on Wednesday, she snagged a pad in one of LA's trendy celebrity neighborhoods. Interestingly, it seems she had already intended to move in solo well before the breakup. Right now, Fox is expecting her first child with Kelly.

Fox is worried about her safety.

An insider shared with the media that the former couple hadn't been living together for a year, and it was claimed that the actress from Jennifer’s Body was worried about her safety due to the musician often having guests over. Fox had been moving around different rentals before finally finding her new place.

This news about Fox's new home came right after their breakup. Reports say that Fox and Kelly ended things during their Thanksgiving trip to Vail, just two weeks after she announced her pregnancy. According to a source for Page Six, Fox chose to break up with the musician after noticing some questionable messages from other women on Kelly’s phone.

The source revealed, “While they were away for Thanksgiving, she got suspicious and decided to check his phone,” adding that she “found messages with other women and knew she was done.”

Fox struggled to trust Kelly.

A source shared with the outlet that during their on-and-off relationship, Fox always struggled with trust issues due to past experiences. The actor was open to trying to “rebuild her trust” with Kelly, but now she’s ready to move on after discovering the messages. According to a source from Page Six, “Megan is a strong, independent woman and doesn’t need a man in her life.”

Fox, who has three kids—Noah, 11, Bodhi, 9, and Journey, 7—with her ex-husband Brian Austin Green, first started dating the singer-songwriter in 2020. They got engaged in January 2022 but later decided to call it off.
