Director Maruthi has provided an update regarding his highly anticipated horror-comedy film The Raja Saab, featuring Prabhas in the leading role. In response to the numerous inquiries from fans on his X (formerly Twitter) account, he urged them to exercise a bit of patience, as the film will not be released on the initially scheduled date of April 10.

Originally set for release on April 10, the film has left fans anxious due to the lack of recent information. Following a post where the director shared images from his visit to Tirupati, many fans took the opportunity to request updates on the film's status.

One exasperated fan commented, “Take your time and release #Rajasaab whenever you are satisfied with the final product. Just provide official information through the media regarding whether it will be released in November, next year, or at another time. Fans will not disturb you.”

In response, Maruthi stated, “For accurate information, please reach out to @peoplemediafcy regarding that matter. We expect the CG output soon, and once it is verified, the makers will announce the release date. Many external factors are involved in this process; it is not solely dependent on one person or their efforts, so it will take time. Please be a little patient; everyone is working hard to meet your expectations.”

A fan expressed, "These are the aspects we were hoping to receive. Naturally, not every project can be managed by a single entity, but being online means you understand the emotions of the fans. Providing updates on the shooting process or sharing this information would enhance our experience. I can only say that I am eagerly awaiting what comes next. Hopefully, it will be soon."

In response, Maruthi stated, "We have just a small portion of dialogue and the songs left to complete. Several CGI studios are collaborating on our film, and the output we have received from some of them has been promising. I anticipate similar results from the remaining studios. Once the song shoots are finished, we will also have singles to entertain you. I, too, am looking forward to showcasing our hard work."

The film Raja Saab features Prabhas, Nidhhi Agerwal, Malavika Mohanan (marking her debut in Telugu cinema), and Riddhi Kumar. There are speculations regarding Sanjay Dutt's involvement in a cameo role, although this has not been confirmed officially.
