
Mark Strong's First Indian Adventure: Capturing Jaipur's Hawa Mahal and Local Markets

British actor Mark Strong, famous for his roles in films like Sherlock Holmes, Kingsman: The Secret Service, and 1917, posted a bunch of photos from his first trip to India on Friday.

The 61-year-old actor is currently enjoying his time in Rajasthan and shared some snapshots from his trip on Instagram. He captioned it, "Loving Jaipur in Rajasthan. Such an incredible place with amazing people! #india #indiapictures #travel." His co-star from Dune: Prophecy, Tabu, chimed in with a friendly, “Welcome to India.” Fans flooded the comments with suggestions for must-see spots in the Pink City.
In some of the photos, he sported a white shirt and dark denim. He checked out the Amber Fort and took a stroll through the lively Johari Bazaar while he was there.
While he was in town, Mark really enjoyed the vibes and atmosphere of the city, a spot that's been loved by many international visitors and celebs over the years.
He also made sure to check out the Amrapali Museum, famous for its stunning jewellery and historical treasures. Mark's trip follows Indian-American actor Kal Penn's visit to the museum earlier this year.

Mark Strong's next project
Strong was recently seen in the thriller movie The Silent Hour, which came out in 2024. Up next, he’ll be starring in Everest, directed by Doug Liman, alongside Ewan McGregor and Sam Heughan. He also had a supporting role in Dune: Prophecy, the HBO Max series that aired in India on JioHotstar.
