The conflict within the Manchu family intensified this week as Manchu Manoj organized a protest outside his father Mohan Babu’s residence. According to a report from Telangana Today, this protest followed his exclusion from the house after he lodged a police complaint against his brother Vishnu Manchu, accusing him of stealing his car and other possessions.

Manchu Manoj holds a protest and raises new accusations

On Wednesday, images and videos emerged on social media showing Manoj seated at the entrance of Mohan’s residence in Jalpally. He was reportedly denied access to the house and was conducting a protest at the locked front gate. Law enforcement officials have been stationed to avert any potential disturbances. The footage depicts Manoj wearing a t-shirt and pants, along with a hat, quietly sitting on a blanket outside the gate.

In a statement to the media, he remarked, “This situation is not related to property disputes. The conflict started on December 8, yet the police have not filed a single charge sheet to date. The Circle Inspector acts as if he is unaware of my whereabouts. I have provided evidence for everything. Vishnu took advantage of my absence. If I am in the wrong, I will shave half my head. I will seek forgiveness if they possess any evidence against me.”

On Tuesday, Manoj allegedly lodged a complaint with the Narsingi police, accusing his brother Vishnu of stealing valuable items from his residence and vehicle while he was in Rajasthan celebrating his daughter's birthday.

In his report, he mentioned that on April 1, during his trip to Jaipur, Vishnu, along with 150 others, unlawfully entered the Jalpally residence and took his car. Manoj claimed that his security personnel were assaulted during this incident. In addition to the theft, he accused Vishnu and his associates of damaging his property. Manoj asserted that his car was later located at Vishnu's residence and informed the media that it had been transported to Madhapur when he attempted to retrieve it.

Manchu family dispute

Tensions have arisen between the Manchu brothers over the past few years. Manoj has stated that his conflicts with his family revolve around the treatment of staff and the management of their educational institutions rather than property issues. He has previously filed complaints against both Mohan and Vishnu, who have also lodged complaints against him.

In February, Mohan and Manoj reportedly appeared before the Rangareddy District Collector and District Magistrate regarding a property dispute, where they engaged in a verbal confrontation concerning property encroachment. Additionally, in January, Manoj was barred from entering Mohan Babu University in Tirupati.
