Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas' little girl, Malti Marie, is turning three today, January 15! To celebrate, her grandma Madhu Chopra posted a sweet video featuring some never-before-seen photos to honor the “light of our lives.”

Madhu's hope for Malti

Madhu Chopra hopped on Instagram on Wednesday to celebrate Malti's birthday with a sweet Reel. The montage featured a bunch of cute photos of Malti, including one where she's rocking a garland, some shots of Nick feeding her milk and reading to her, and an adorable moment where Malti is hiding her eyes in Priyanka's lap while her parents share a kiss. There was even a clip of Malti steering a boat while sitting with Priyanka.

In her caption, Madhu said, “Happy birthday to the light of our lives, Malti Marie (red heart emoji) May your birthday be as magical as you are!” Fans flooded the comments with birthday wishes, with one saying, “Nazar na lage (protect her from the evil eye) (evil eyes emojis).” Another chimed in, “Have a nice birthday cute princess.”

All about Malti Marie

Malti Marie came into the world on January 15, 2022, through surrogacy. Her parents, Priyanka and Nick, got married in 2018 at the stunning Umaid Bhawan Palace in Jodhpur, Rajasthan. Priyanka's mom, Madhu, is a doctor and a film producer, and she co-runs Purple Pebble Pictures with Priyanka.

Priyanka loves sharing glimpses of her life with Nick and Malti. Recently, the family rang in the New Year at a cozy getaway, enjoying water sports, a Jacuzzi, and re-watching Disney's animated classic, Moana.

On the professional side, Priyanka is gearing up to join Nick and his brothers, Joe and Kevin Jonas, for a holiday movie. This project, set to debut on Disney, will bring the Jonas family together for a fun-filled 2025 holiday season. Filming for the untitled film kicked off on January 13 in Toronto. Alongside Priyanka and the Jonas brothers, the cast will also include Frankie Jonas, the youngest of the Jonas clan, and Chloe Bennet from Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.
