Actor Malaika Arora has recounted a disturbing experience with a fan that left her feeling unsettled. She disclosed that a fan once intruded into her home in Mumbai while she was present and waited for her arrival.

Malaika Arora recalls terrifying fan encounter

During a conversation with Bollywood Bubble, Malaika shared details of this alarming incident. She mentioned that while she was preparing in her upstairs area, she descended to find an unfamiliar woman seated in her living room.

She stated, “I recall getting ready upstairs, and when I came down to the living room, there was someone sitting there. I had no idea who it was, no clue at all... They were just sitting there, and they came to tell me something... I was a bit frightened, to be completely honest."

Malaika continued, “It was actually a woman, and she was there as an overly enthusiastic fan. She had some scissors or something similar in her bag, which was quite unsettling. I sensed that something was amiss, so I tried to remain calm, and yes, that was the most bizarre fan interaction I’ve ever had."

What’s keeping Malaika busy?

On the professional front, Malaika is serving as a judge on Hip Hop India Season 2, alongside choreographer-director Remo D'Souza. The show premiered on March 14 on Amazon MX Player. This season will showcase eleven hip-hop dance performances, providing insights into their journeys through personal video diaries and behind-the-scenes content. The season is hosted by Manisha Rani and Wicked Sunny. Prior to this, Malaika has judged various dance reality shows, including Jhalak Dikkhla Jaa, India’s Best Dancer, and India’s Got Talent.

Earlier this week, Malaika graced the runway at Lakme Fashion Week, showcasing a striking black catsuit designed by Namrata Joshipura. The outfit was adorned with numerous sparkling sequins, featuring a swirling pattern, a deep neckline, and a slim-fit design that accentuated her figure. She complemented the look with black high-heeled pumps and a coordinating jacket embellished with sequins, which she elegantly draped over her shoulders.
