The veteran Bengali actress Lily Chakraborty is ill. The actress, 82, was hospitalized for 12 days. However, right now she is at home. The actress has started work. 

Lily Chakraborty has high diabetes and pulmonology complications. She has shortness of breath while talking. The actress told the media, “My lungs are weak. Hence I become tired while talking or walking. I was hospitalised for several days. But I am better now and gradually recovering.” 

Lily Chakraborty was acting in the serial Neem Phuler Madhu. But she took a break due to her health. She said that she missed the floor of Neem Phuler Madhu and would return after getting well. She also said that the mega serial set is like her home and it is difficult to leave that.
