A real estate consultant has reportedly presented them with eight gorgeous properties, priced between $2 million and $8.2 million, to catch the attention of these young lovebirds.

“They’ve been actively searching for a place and should be making a decision soon on which one or ones they want to buy,” a source shared with The US Sun.

An insider mentioned that Kylie and Timothee are really into both cities, prioritizing comfort so they can “personalize their space and have lots of privacy.” Timothee’s dad is French, and he’s known for being a world traveler, which makes Paris and Milan ideal spots for a future home. Kylie is also excited about the possibility of putting down roots in these fashion hubs.

Out of the eight properties, there are four in France that could be great picks for the couple, with prices ranging from $4.2 million to $8.2 million. The first option, listed at $4.2 million, is a charming two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment that features impressive space and original details like beautifully maintained Versailles parquet flooring, two fireplaces, and a stunning fresco on one of the ceilings.

This duplex is situated on the western side of Place des Vosges, nestled in the historic 17th-century townhouse known as Hotel de Chaulnes. If they’re willing to spend a bit more, they could opt for a spacious 4,000-square-foot home with five bedrooms for $4.6 million. This property is located on the third floor of a stylish Art Deco building, conveniently positioned between Avenue Victor Hugo and the Bois de Boulogne.

Next up is a 2,055-square-foot property priced at $7.5 million, described as a “true haven of peace” with a “magnificent wooded terrace.” Its interior design draws inspiration from Louis XV and Napoleon III styles. Lastly, the most expensive French property, built in 1779, is valued at $8.4 million and is found on one of the “most prestigious streets in Paris.”

If Kylie Jenner and Timothee decide to go with the option in Milan, they could snag a $2 million three-bedroom, two-bathroom loft in one of the city's hottest neighborhoods. There's also a second option available for $3.8 million right in the vibrant Missouri district of Milan.

This stylish estate is surrounded by cultural attractions, fancy restaurants, and famous shops. Another option is a $2.3 million home in central Milan, which boasts a design that perfectly captures the historic charm of the area, making it a true oasis that reflects the elegance of Milanese style.

Lastly, they could also consider a property for $3.1 million located in one of the most exclusive parts of Milan.
