Actor Kriti Kharbanda, who’s pretty active on social media, just gave her fans a health update. On Sunday, she hopped onto her Instagram Stories to share that she’s been diagnosed with typhoid.

Kriti opened up about her struggle with an infection that's been bothering her for the past week, and she hasn't been feeling great. In a heartfelt message, she reached out to her fans for some love and any advice that might help her heal faster.

On her Instagram stories this Sunday, Kriti shared, “Hey everyone! Just a quick life update. Typhoid has hit me hard, and this past week has been pretty rough (nauseated face emoji).”

She also mentioned that she's on the mend and plans to be back to her usual self soon. She added, "I’m hoping to recover in the next few days. Please send me some love and any tips you think could help!”

Kriti has been sharing glimpses of her life with Pulkit Samrat on social media lately. The couple got married in a cozy ceremony at ITC Grand Bharat in Delhi NCR back in March 2024.

She kicked off her acting career in the 2009 Telugu movie Boni and made her Bollywood debut with Raaz: Reboot in 2016. Kriti really made a name for herself in Bollywood with roles in films like Shaadi Mein Zaroor Aana, Housefull 4, and Pagalpanti. Her most recent project was the romantic comedy 14 Phere, where she starred alongside Vikrant Massey, which hit Zee5 in July 2021.

Coming up next, she’ll be featured in the comedy Risky Romeo, directed by Abir Sengupta, alongside Sunny Singh. This film is described as a stylish and edgy neo-noir comic tragedy. There were also reports last year about her collaborating with Rana Daggubati on a new project.
