Reality television personalities Kim Kardashian and Khloe Kardashian attracted significant attention during their attendance at the wedding of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant in Mumbai last year. The recent episode of their visit to India aired on The Kardashians on Thursday, illustrating how the sisters managed to balance sightseeing with wedding festivities within a span of 48 hours.

In the latest installment, Kim and Khloe Kardashian opt to explore the local markets, departing from the Taj Mahal Palace, their accommodation in Mumbai. The sisters anticipated an ‘Aladdin-style spice market’ filled with ‘trinkets and souvenirs,’ but instead encountered a street market featuring toys and costume jewelry.

Despite Kim's suggestion to take a taxi due to the monsoon weather, the sisters chose to walk to the market, commenting along the way, “At least there’s a Starbucks here.” They returned to their hotel via rickshaw, with Khloe humorously stating that she felt “too big for this s**t.”

During their interviews, Kim and Khloe admitted that their expectations for the marketplace were not met. Kim expressed, “I thought it would resemble the marketplace; this feels more like the streets. It’s like the place where Aladdin steals bread. That’s what I envisioned.”

Khloe added, “We are no longer in Calabasas. There are rickshaws everywhere, and people are looking at us like, what the f**k are these people doing here? We expected a more traditional marketplace, like a spice market. This isn’t quite what we had in mind…”

After purchasing pillboxes from a silver shop, Khloe suggested they may have been overcharged, stating, “They saw us coming and thought, we’ve got these American suckers. They really got us good, especially this one,” pointing to Kim.

Season 6 of The Kardashians is currently available for streaming on JioHotstar, with six episodes released to date. While Kim and Khloe were in India, the latest episode also featured their mother, Kris Jenner, sister Kourtney Kardashian, Travis Barker, Scott Disick, and other family members back in Calabasas, California.
