Aditi Sharma is a part of Rohit Shetty's Khatron Ke Khiladi 14 squad. The actress has jetted off to Romania for the stunt-based reality show's shoot with her co-contestants. Before the show goes on air, the entire team of KKK 14 will be shooting for the reality show overseas. For Khatron Ke Khiladi 14, Aditi underwent rigorous preparation, which included an intense workout and a proper diet plan. The actress told ETimes TV that she hasn't had roti in the last 6 months.

In an interview with the entertainment portal, Aditi Sharma said she has reduced carbs. The actress is aware that carbs give energy but she's having protein as of now as it helps in building muscles. The Khatron Ke Khiladi 14 contestants stated that she has avoided junk food. And although she has had roti and rice for the longest time, the actress stopped having the same for a while now.
"I think for the last 6 months, I’ve not had roti. But I try to eat paneer and lentils. I don’t avoid lentils as it gives a lot of protein. Ye sab hai, kuch paane ke liye kuch khona padta hai. I’m controlling my taste buds," revealed Aditi.

Continuing the conversation, Aditi mentioned she is excited but a little nervous about doing Khatron Ke Khiladi 14. The actress further revealed her parents have been supportive and are excited to see her perform stunts on Khatron Ke Khiladi 14.
Speaking about her workout routine, Aditi said she did MMA and callisthenics for KKK 14. The actress mentioned every day she tried different types of workouts.
