Kenan Thompson demonstrated remarkable generosity at the Saturday Night Live afterparty this past weekend by leaving "a very generous tip" at Zuma New York City, as reported by an insider to Page Six. The event was further enhanced by the presence of other prominent celebrities, including Chris Rock and Paul Mescal. The 46-year-old comedian savoured a bone-in ribeye accompanied by truffles, while his fellow attendee Adam Sandler, aged 58, chose the restaurant's tuna nigiri.

Thompson's disclosed amount for the 'generous tip' has been revealed.

A source informed the news outlet that the comedian left a generous tip of $1,500 on a $1,400 bill. Sandler inquired about the off-menu Tomahawk steak, to which the chef consented; however, Adam ultimately declined upon learning that it would require a 45-minute cooking time.

Sandler, who made an unexpected appearance on SNL over the weekend, was the first to arrive at the afterparty. Upon entering, he complimented the doorman by calling him "handsome." Shortly thereafter, Chris Rock, the host of the recent comedy show, joined Sandler. The gathering was further enhanced by the presence of fellow comedy luminaries Dave Chappelle, Aziz Ansari, and SNL creator Lorne Michaels, as reported by Page Six.

Gracie Abrams, the musical guest for the evening, was also in attendance, accompanied by her rumoured boyfriend, Mescal. The couple was seen holding hands while attending the afterparty for Gladiator II in Los Angeles on November 18.

Additional participants were present.

Several other notable figures participated in the celebration, including Marcello Hernandez, J.J. Abrams, Jackson Mahomes, Simu Liu, and Devon Walker. Earlier in the evening, Rock made a pointed remark about Jonah Hill while alluding to the purported assassin of the UnitedHealthcare CEO, Luigi Mangione, during his opening monologue.

He remarked, “We have Luigi … you know. And that’s positive. I genuinely feel sympathy for the family. I mean, everyone is focused on how attractive this individual appears. If he resembled Jonah Hill, no one would pay attention. They would have already sentenced him to death. He would be gone, understood?”
