Kelsea Ballerini extended an apology to her fans following the sudden conclusion of her concert in Buffalo, New York. On Thursday, the country artist had to halt her performance after five songs due to health issues. A member of her crew informed the audience of the situation during the concert. The 31-year-old subsequently posted a video message on social media, assuring fans that she would be rescheduling her upcoming performances.

In a video posted on her Instagram story, Ballerini expressed her regret, stating, “Buffalo, I sincerely apologize for not being able to complete the show tonight.” She explained, “I am feeling more unwell than I had hoped, and I did not want to disappoint anyone. After performing just a few songs, I realized I could not continue. I am truly sorry, but I refuse to deliver a subpar performance.” 

The artist known for "The Cowboys Cry Too" announced that her Thursday performance would be postponed to the following week. “We are rescheduling tonight’s show in Buffalo, as well as tomorrow’s in Pittsburgh and the day after in Toronto, to the end of the tour,” Ballerini stated. The revised dates are now set for April 11 in Buffalo, New York, April 12 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and April 13 in Toronto, Canada.

Ballerini assured her fans that she would ensure her upcoming performances would be the best she has ever delivered. “I will do everything possible to make it worthwhile for you,” she added, stating, “I need to rest now and recover so that I can fully commit to the remainder of this tour. I appreciate your understanding and thank you for allowing me to be human. I love you all.”
