It's been a week since Kaun Banega Crorepati 16 premiered. Hosted by legendary actor Amitabh Bachchan, the quiz show airs every Monday to Friday at 9 pm on Sony TV. The latest promo of Kaun Banega Crorepati 16 highlights the unfiltered side of legendary actor Amitabh Bachchan.

Amitabh Bachchan recalls his BSc days on KBC 16

Sony TV dropped a new promo of Kaun Banega Crorepati 16 on Instagram. The promo begins with Amitabh Bachchan sharing an anecdote about his college. The veteran actor recalled he applied for a BSc course after he secured good marks in Science subject. 

He further opened up about the first lecture he attended for BSc. "In the first lecture, I realise bohot badi galti hogayi." Big B recalled he failed in the first attempt but he passed in the second attempt with 42%. 

While sharing this promo on the gram, the makers wrote, "Kise pata tha Amit ji aur BSc ke beech aisi kahaani thhi ! Dekhiye KaunBanegaCrorepati, Mon-Fri, raat 9 baje sirf SonyEntertainmentTelevision par (sic)."

When Big B failed in Physics during his BSc days

Earlier, in one of the previous seasons of KBC, Amitabh Bachchan confessed he failed in Physics examination during his BSc days. "I took BSc and I was so horrified. It wasn’t easy. I took the wrong subject. Somehow I tolerated it for three years. I used to mug up all the answers in two months," he said.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Amitabh Bachchan was recently seen in Nag Ashwin's Kalki 2898 AD. The megastar essayed the character of Ashwatthama in the sci-fi epic. Produced by Vyjayanthi Movies, the movie had its theatrical release on June 27, 2024. The film's Hindi version is ready for an OTT premiere on August 22, 2024. It will be released on Netflix.
