Kaun Banega Crorepati 16 will soon feature Indian singers Shreya Ghoshal and Sonu Nigam. They will put their knowledge to the test on the quiz show, hosted by legendary actor Amitabh Bachchan. Their episode will air on Sony Entertainment Television on September 20, 2024. Ahead of that, an interesting snippet from the episode has surfaced online. Big B will be seen praising his son Abhishek Bachchan in the coming episode of KBC 16.

Amitabh Bachchan praises son Abhishek on KBC 16

For those who are unaware, Shreya Ghoshal and Sonu Nigam will be playing for a cause championed by the Smit Foundation. The NGO provides home and care for the elderly. During a conversation about the foundation and its noble deeds, Amitabh Bachchan will be seen talking about his son Abhishek's commitment to 'community service'.

Sr Bachchan recalled that his son participated in community service from a young age. He said, "Abhishek studied in a foreign school where, instead of traditional punishments, students were encouraged to participate in community service. I recall him spending an entire day at an old age home, which was instrumental in shaping his sense of responsibility and compassion."

Meanwhile, the makers also shared a promo of Kaun Banega Crorepati 16's upcoming episode on Instagram. The caption to their post read, "Sur aur gyaan ka hoga milan, Sonu Nigam aur Shreya Ghoshal ke saath! Dekhiye KaunBanegaCrorepati, 20 September, raat 9 baje sirf SonyEntertainmentTelevision par (sic)."

While KBC 16 airs on Sony Entertainment Television, the show's episodes also stream on SonyLIV and OTTplay Premium. The Kaun Banega Crorepati 16 stream on OTT at the time of its telecast on the channel.
