Kate Cassidy shared an emotional tribute to Liam Payne, reminiscing about their last moments together before his untimely passing in Argentina last year. On Thursday, she took to social media to post a video of herself sorting through boxes that had been stored in her basement for months. While sifting through the contents, she stumbled upon a yellow dress she wore to a wedding with the former One Direction member in Paris.

In her TikTok video, the 25-year-old appeared visibly shaken as she confessed her anxiety about opening the boxes, saying they contained the last remnants of her time with Liam.

“I opened this box, and I’m really trying to hold it together,” Cassidy said, tears streaming down her face. “I found this dress on top, and it brings me so much peace and comfort because the memory I have with Liam in this dress is something I will never forget,” she shared.

She then revealed the satin gown and recounted her cherished memories with her late boyfriend. “We attended this beautiful wedding together,” she reminisced, adding, “It was my very first wedding, and we had the best time.” Cassidy also pulled out a pair of worn white heels, exclaiming, “The best part is that I found these shoes in another box.”

She noted that the heels were “almost brand new” when she wore them to the wedding, but they ended up getting damaged after she and Payne “danced the night away.” “I remember waking up the next morning and thinking, ‘Oh my God, look at my shoes, they’re ruined. What am I going to do with them?’” she recalled.

“We literally danced all night long,” Cassidy continued. “We were exploring the venue and having so much fun. I can’t believe I didn’t throw these out because now … I’m so glad I didn’t. This memory is forever tied to these shoes,” she added.
