For those unfamiliar, Lamba is the creative force behind the successful Fukrey franchise. He has been working on this film for some time, which has now evolved into a comedy-drama trilogy. As reported by Midday, the film will feature a creature comedy theme, with Kartik Aaryan set to battle a snake as his adversary. About The Comedy Trilogy

According to a source cited by Pinkvilla, "Mrighdeep Singh Lamba has been developing this high-concept comedy for some time, and the film is intended to be a trilogy featuring Kartik Aaryan in the leading role. Karan was impressed by the concept and quickly agreed to finance the project for theatrical release. The script has the potential to appeal to all segments of the cinema-going audience. It promises to be more than just a comedy, as the team aims to astonish viewers with its scale and visuals. Currently, the film is in the pre-production phase and is set to begin filming in September 2025," the source stated.

The source has indicated that the film is targeting a release in 2026, specifically in the latter half of the year. In the meantime, Kartik Aaryan is occupied with the filming of Anurag Basu's project alongside Sreeleela. Previously referred to as Aashiqui 3, the film is now untitled, and fans are eagerly anticipating the reveal of its new name.
