Initially amused by the fan, Kartik remarked, "This lady in a saree posed an excellent question; she must have come well-prepared." He then inquired if she had any thoughts to share and where the discussion was headed.

The fan promptly asked how she could have anticipated this. Kartik appeared surprised, and the audience was split regarding the fan's intent.

The actor elaborated that he was merely engaging in a casual conversation with her. The fan playfully inquired, "Such as?" Kartik, unable to contain his laughter, remarked that the elevator was out of order. He emphasized that she should have addressed the elevator issue prior to the event.

In a sarcastic tone, the sceptical fan retorted, "Ah, that was a clever excuse; quite acceptable."

Kartik Aaryan expressed his surprise at her reply while clarifying that his inquiry regarding the release date of her upcoming film was sincere, mirroring her own question about his project. The fan responded with a simple, "Thank you, sir," yet it was evident that this did not influence his demeanour.

Fan's disappointment and Kartik Aaryan's regret

Kartik observed her discontent with his replies and inquired, "Which option do you favour?" He was referring to Raha and Ranbir, among other subjects. He despised the thought of disappointing her.

A fan remarked, "It's fine, sir." Kartik replied, his gaze revealing the concern that her disappointment had instilled in him, causing him to worry excessively about this matter in the weeks to come. The actor lamented his failure to respond in a more favorable manner.
