It's been close to 14 years since the release of Shah Rukh Khan and Kareena Kapoor's Ra.One but anyone in attendance at an event in Dubai on Sunday could be fooled into believing it was just yesterday. At the event, Kareena turned back the clock as she grooved to the hit track Chammak Challo from the film, bringing out her moves and rhythm quite effortlessly and flooring the fans in the process.

Kareena dances to Chammak Challo

Videos Footage from a jewellery brand's event in Dubai circulated extensively on social media on Sunday night and Monday morning. The brief videos feature Kareena taking the stage alongside the emcee. At the urging of the audience, she performed the hook step to "Chammak Challo." Fans remarked on Kareena's timelessness, with one comment stating, "She is ageing like fine wine." Another noted, “It feels as though no time has passed. She still looks and moves just the same.”

But it's Arjun Rampal, says the internet

Chammak Challo is a dance track created by the musical duo Vishal-Shekhar, featuring Akon in his debut performance in Bollywood. The song also includes contributions from vocalists Hamsika Iyer and Blaaze. The visuals for the track showcase Kareena Kapoor and Shah Rukh Khan; however, within the film, it is actually Arjun Rampal's character, the antagonist Ra.One, disguised as Kareena, who is seen dancing. This interesting detail has sparked numerous 'inside jokes' among fans. One user remarked, "But it's Arjun Rampal, right?" while another humorously noted, "15 years later, and Arjun Rampal still has it."
