Kanye West recently dropped a bombshell regarding his children with ex-wife Kim Kardashian. In a recent chat, the outspoken rapper revealed that he regrets getting Kim pregnant, admitting he “did not want to have kids with her.”

Kanye and Kim were married for six years, from 2014 to 2021, and they have four children together: North, 11, Saint, 9, Chicago, 7, and Psalm, 5. Since their split, the two have had their fair share of conflicts.

West showed up in a leather hooded robe, paired with a t-shirt and a swastika necklace, for his YouTube chat with DJ Akademiks.

“I take responsibility for that. I didn’t want to have kids with her after just two months of dating, but that wasn’t what God had in mind,” the rapper shared.

He pointed out that he “doesn’t have ownership” over his children's names and images, stating that he felt he lost control during his divorce from Kim.

“Out of all the brands I’ve created, I don’t have the rights to my kids’ names and likenesses, not even a fifty-fifty split. My kids are celebrities, and I don’t have a say in it.”

He voiced his frustration about the divorce settlement and went on to liken his children to business assets.

The statement follows West's apparent release of a new track featuring Sean Diddy and his daughter, North West.

Reports suggest that West's new song has left Kim fuming, prompting her to consider legal action to “shield” North from any ties to Diddy.

A source told The SUN that Kim feels the need to take decisive measures to safeguard her children, who “already have so much security in place after West's Nazi comments.”

Diddy is currently incarcerated as he awaits trial on charges of sex trafficking, racketeering, and transporting individuals for prostitution, all of which he denies.

In the interview, West also took aim at Kim and her famous Kardashian family, referring to them as a “mob.”

“So this white woman and her white family have control over these highly influential black kids, who are half the children of Ye.”
