Kanye West is really facing a storm of legal issues lately, and it’s putting a serious dent in his once-glamorous music royalty reputation. He’s already dealing with lawsuits from teenagers and Lauren Pisciotta, his former assistant and OnlyFans star, but now there’s more trouble on the horizon. Another ex-employee of the controversial rapper has come forward, revealing that she was fired unfairly after raising concerns about some “sexually explicit” texts she claims Ye sent her.

As reported by The Mirror US, this former Yeezy staffer is gearing up to file a whopping $150 million lawsuit against the “Heartless” artist, citing “religious discrimination, sexual harassment, and retaliation for whistleblowing.”

A lawsuit alleges Kanye West fired an employee after she reported his sexually explicit messages.

The upcoming legal action is set to shine the spotlight once again on the 47-year-old American artist, who is accused of sending his employee text messages that were described as “extremely graphic and grotesque.” Before her sudden dismissal, the woman reportedly reached out to her supervisor for help regarding the explicit messages. An insider claimed that the accuser, who labeled her workplace as “hell with no help,” initially tried to resolve the issues “privately and amicably.” However, Kanye has been “ignoring the situation,” which pushed her to pursue legal action.

West has a history of making anti-Semitic comments on his social media and in other contexts. The upcoming lawsuit is expected to tackle similar disturbing statements, but this time, things appear to have spiraled out of control. “The anti-Semitism in these direct messages is worse than anything he’s ever said publicly or in previous cases,” the source claimed. Additionally, regarding the verbal abuse the former employee faced at Yeezy, the insider mentioned it was “so severe that she was prescribed anti-anxiety medication and regular IV treatments.”

In light of the recent report, the accuser’s attorney released a statement to the media, saying, “Our client experienced significant disrespect, verbal harassment, and a very hostile work environment. When she presented text messages from Mr. West to her superiors to illustrate her treatment, she was swiftly terminated after nearly a year of hard work. It’s time for Mr. West to be held accountable for his behavior towards his female employees in front of a jury. This will be a major discrimination lawsuit, fully supported by text messages, and it’s definitely on the way.”

Kanye West has faced various accusations and legal battles.

West's legal troubles aren't over yet. Throughout the year, he's faced multiple formal accusations. Here are two of the notable cases.

Earlier this year, four minors who used to work for Kanye’s brand filed a lawsuit against him, Yeezy, and his former chief of staff, Milo Yiannopoulos. They’re seeking $1 million in damages, claiming they experienced emotional distress, humiliation, anxiety, depression, and anguish. The lawsuit highlights claims of a hostile work environment and even alleges that West’s wife, Bianca Censori, shared explicit content with the Yeezy team while he was gearing up to launch his adult brand, Yeezy Porn.

Many of the allegations against Kanye share similar themes. His former assistant, Lauren Pisciotta, has also sued him, claiming he fired her after drugging and sexually assaulting her during a studio session with Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs.
